Welcome! My name is Melissa. I am a board-certified Lifespan Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, endorsed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, specializing in child, adolescent, and adult mental health care.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2007, launching my career as a Registered Nurse. My expertise spans acute inpatient psychiatric care, dual diagnosis units, and adolescent eating disorder units, where I held a leadership role as a charge nurse, overseeing interdisciplinary treatment teams in both adolescent and adult populations.

In addition to inpatient experience, I worked in community mental health and adult home health settings as a Clinical Manager Registered Nurse. In 2021, I achieved my Masters of Science in Nursing, becoming an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. During my graduate studies, I completed clinical rotations at a private practice, where I continued to serve child, adolescent, adult, and elderly populations until the summer of 2023, promoting optimal well-being and patient outcomes.

In September 2023, I founded established Innovative Health & Well-Being, dedicating myself to delivering holistic and comprehensive care to individuals and their families.

Beyond my professional commitments, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, friends, and pets and love to travel, enjoy outdoor activities, and comedy.
